Ability Type: Ex
Prerequisites: Rogue 21, Black Market Connections (Talent)
Benefit: A rogue with this talent can reduce the cost of any item purchased, including magic items, by 10% over and above whatever discount they can negotiate via Barter. The rogue may not use this ability to purchase items the rogue isn't planning to keep for themselves. In fact, if word gets back to the Rogue's contact that they have been straw-purchasing goods to undercut the market, they lose the use of this talent with that contact forever and likely also gain an enemy. Furthermore, this rogue treats settlements as three category's larger for purposes of what they can buy and sell there, though the Merchant DC is unaffected. Finally, the rogue can never 'spook the market.'
