Need to add in the {{Dmg|xxxx}} template to any pages that inflict a damage type.
Need to review the CL's listed in each item -- I am just copying them over, not changing them. They only affect the skill DC to create the property via the Creator feat, so it's not super important, but we might want them to be at least a little consistent...
Only the non-epic properties are in the new template. All others are simply moved to their new page name.
Need to clearly state whether a property affects stealth or not. For the record, in my opinion, most things should just impose a penalty to stealth, not prevent it altogether. For the same reason that tremorsense doesn't defeat stealth automatically. Players need to have the agency to try, even if the odds are poor. That said, a max-tier thundering weapon should be like -20 or possibly -25.
