Synposis of Game 11 and 12

Later that night, the Veil of Night sounded it's docking sirens. This woke everyone up. Then more sirens sounded in either direction. Then a minute or so later, The Veil of Night sounded it's undocking siren, launched two torpedos (smaller ships), then started shooting.

The party ran around, loosed the Far Rider from the dock and moved away from the fighting. The Veil of Night wrecked the Arrakanza Dominion. Two more Man'O Wars and four frigates reinforced the Veil of Night. The Arrakanza suffered 80% or more casualties. The party decided to leave the ship - forfeited their pay. The fake Priest of Teb left. Leslie is hanging around with the party. The Far Rider went back and docked again.

As we were headed into town with Sour Sarah to talk with the Captain of the Far Rider, we bumped into the Town Guard Ologa. She said she'd have to take the troopers that she was training up to go finish off the remaining Arrakanza Dominion. The Ologa offered the party 30,000 gp contract to go take care of the forest monsters the Town Guard was going to take care of.

At the party the next night, the fake Priest of Teb showed back up, looking quite different. Then he completely disappeared, like a curtain drawn across him. We confronted one of General Snow's associates (Heeber or Jeeber) about it - we pestered her - she said, "I have to go now" with an implied "before I kill you"

The party is about 400 xp away from level 6. We got a shopping trip completed.

Game 13 - Into the Caves We Go

We didn't feel like rejoining the party, so we crashed at covia nearby. The next morning we have breakfast and head into the forest to carry out our contract. As we leave the town, half the town is gone - to avoid the Arrakanza. We leave the town on the side closest to the forest.

Down into the swampy parts, we start seeing goblins and norker corpses nailed to trees. In the swampy area where the ships were being constructed from ship parts, there are no ships, but a pile of goblin and norker corpses on spikes. Following the tracks back, we come to the foot of the bluff (finding more goblin & norker corpses) to find three cave openings. We enter into the left cave entrance.

As we make our way in, we hear the sounds of feasting. We have found a bunch of ghouls.
