Magic Wand - Enchantment Aura
A wand of enhancement is constructed of seven stalks of basilica grass, twisted into each other in a spiral. The wand tapers from needle-thin on one end to a half-inch diameter at the other. Contrary to the way such a thing would intuitively be held, the wider end is the front of the wand, and the thin end is the bottom.
The owner of this magic item must wear it continuously for 24 hours to attune it to their aura, and until that time has passed, it provides no benefits to the wearer.

A novice's wand of enhancement grants the wielder the ability to apply the effects of the Enhance Spell (Feat) to any 1st or 2nd level spell, up to once per encounter, without increasing the spell level of the spell.
The wielder must already possess the Enhance Spell (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.

An adept's wand of enhancement grants the wielder the ability to apply the effects of the Enhance Spell (Feat) to any 1st through 3rd level spell, up to twice per encounter, without increasing the spell level of the spell. This wand may only be used once per round.
The wielder must already possess the Enhance Spell (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.
