A wand of enhancement is constructed of seven stalks of basilica grass, twisted into each other in a spiral. The wand tapers from needle-thin on one end to a half-inch diameter at the other. Contrary to the way such a thing would intuitively be held, the wider end is the front of the wand, and the thin end is the bottom.

An expert's wand of enhancement grants the wielder the ability to apply the effects of the Enhance Spell (Feat) to any spell of 1st to 9th level, up to once per round, without increasing the spell level of the spell.

The wielder must already possess the Enhance Spell (Feat) to use this wand. Without the feat, the wand is unusable.

This magic item does not require an attunement period, and grants its benefits immediately upon being worn or wielded.
