Crippling Blow (Ex)

Requires: Barbarian 11, Urban Mien

Benefit: Once per round as a free action, you can activate Crippling Blow to inflict a savage wound upon the next foe you strike during your current turn. That foe must make a Fortitude save vs. a DC of 10 + 1/2 your Barbarian level + your CHA modifier. If they fail this save, they suffer the Impaired condition. If you fail to attack before the end of your current turn, or if your attack misses, the activation of this power is wasted.

Progression:

• 11th Level: -
• 21st Level: The status condition inflicted by Crippling Blow is Crippled, instead of Impaired.
• 31st Level: The status condition inflicted by Crippling Blow is Maimed, instead of Crippled.
